child's name, birthdate, boy or girl, parent's name, phone number, e-mail address, and whether child played SYA soccer in fall of 2009
Registration Fee’s
Ages 5-12 Returning players from fall of 2009 --$5.00
Ages 5-12 new players and kids that did not play in the fall of 2009 --$20.00
U14 girls –Fee’s are still to be determined
U8 - U12 age group, spring soccer will be played on Sundays, starting after 11:30 AM, from 4/11/10 thru 6/13/10
Micro-soccer (ages 5-6) and U14 girls’ dates of play are still to be determined.
Shirt Deposit Check $25(this needs to be a separate check, it will be returned when the shirt is returned at the end of the season - not needed for micro or if they already have a shirt)
