Concession Stand

A fantastic source of revenue for SYA.  Support it by purchasing and fulfilling your time commitment.

All parents of children playing any sport at Laubach Park are required to work 2 shifts in the concession stand.  A $50.00 deposit check will be required as collateral.  The check will be returned only after you have worked both your shifts.  If you do not show up for a shift and do not reschedule in a timely manner your check will be cashed.

If you are unable to make your assigned date it is YOUR responsibility to switch with another parent or notify the Concession Director ASAP so that other arrangements can be made.

Please make appropriate child care arrangements prior to working the stand.  No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to work or be in the stand.

The SYA Concession Stand Director is looking for help in the concession stand.  We are in need of an Assistant Director, helpers for keeping inventory/placing orders/picking up supplies and also extra sets of hands that would be willing to take on opening/closing of the stand at times the Director is not available.  If you would like to find out more about any of these great volunteer opportunities please contact the Concession Director Danielle Rothrock at 610-972-7332 or therothrocks@verizon.net
