Competition: We would like to have a 10U and 12U competition team this year. 10U will be our new level so this is intro for competition, skills should include cartwheel and working toward back walkover. Girls will be required to take gymnastics which past years SYA has covered the cost for 8 week class. 12U will have a skill evaluations, girls are required to have back walkover or back handspring. We typically do 3 competitions starting in November-December. Gymnastics will hopefully start mid September on Monday nights.
Fundraising: Required for all – Football Cheer fundraiser is lottery tickets for the Month of September –must sell 15 tickets = $75 due by end of August. Buyout is $60 (if you choose not to sell)
Competition fundraiser – (covers gymnastics) – Hoagie Sale – 30 hoagies – buyout $75 – We typically hold this in October for delivery around mid-month. We make our own hoagies so we require volunteers to assist.
